How to send a reminder, complete an action and other options.
Required System Role: Standard User
Required Team Role: Viewer
*The Actions that are visible to you are directly linked to your Ambient Project selector and your team assignments.
Managing Actions
Click Action Manager in the top bar.
The Action Manager interface will open in your workspace.
Click the three dots at the end of the action you want to send out reminders for.
A new menu will open, and you will be presented with the following options
1. Mark as Complete
A popup to 'Mark as Complete' will appear, fill in the Date, Time and Action taken and click 'Complete'.
2. Send a Reminder
Click 'Send a Reminder' and the User associated will receive an email reminder of the Action, a success notification should appear to acknowledge that the reminder has been sent.
3. View in Workspace
Clicking 'View in workspace' will open the record in your workspace to allow you to make any alterations or updates as required.
4. Delete
The option to delete the action is available here, a popup that needs to be confirmed will appear before the action can be deleted.
