How to check if a Notification has been sent
With the action open in your workspace there are three areas to check.
1. The 'Send email' button at top right will update from 'Send email' to 'Send email reminder'.

2. The 'Email Sent' field will update to the time the email notification was sent.

3. The Record History will update the record when notified and by whom.
