Advanced Searching: Switching between And/Or
How to layer searches to find information that includes another element vs layering to find information that has multiple options
The most common way to enhance your search is to find elements based on both one component and another. However, there are instances where it can be advantageous to conduct searches using a "this or that" approach, especially if you're uncertain about how the information has been entered into the system.
You can change the nature of your search after activating it, by clicking the 'and' button to change it to or.

Another popular example is based on finding Stakeholders with different spellings.
