To make sure your Stakeholders and/or Users have the best chance to receive your email, there needs to be a valid email address in the email field on your their profile.

⛔️ Please note that the system will only send to this email even if there are multiple email fields on Stakeholders in your system.

If a Stakeholder has a privacy setting indicating they do not want to receive emails or any communication, the system will not attempt to send your campaign to them.

⛔️ Please note currently if a Stakeholder unsubscribes via the opt-out link automatically added to the bottom of each campaign as per anti-spam laws, our third-party provider will NOT attempt to send communication to them, however, we are still working on linking that up to the privacy field on their profile.
