Consultation Manager has many security components, one of which being a mandatory lock out if someone attempts to login using incorrect details too many times.

If any User attempts to login using login credentials the system doesn't recognise 5 times, it will show a message saying 'This account has been locked. Please contact your system administrator to unlock your account'.

Any Enterprise Administrator can unlock a User's account if it's locked.

A locked User account will have a small red lock symbol at the top of the User's detail section.

An EA clicking this icon will unlock the User's account, allowing them to reset their password and attempt to login again.

It is recommended to reset the User's password after unlocking the account by following the steps in this article here.
