How do I reset my password?
The password to your Consultation Manager account can be reset from your system login portal.
Required System Role: Standard User
Required Team Role: Viewer
Once on your login screen select the blue Forgot your password? link.
Then enter your email address that was used in the creation of your Consultation Manager User.
Once you have entered your email address click the blue 'Submit' button, this will send through a password reset link to your email.
Please Note: If you have migrated from Consultation Manager Version 3.0, please provide your original username consisting of letters and numbers instead of your email address (e.g., CHM2232).
After 5 failed password attempts, you must request an Enterprise Admin to unlock and send a password reset email.
