Once on your login screen select the Forgot password? link.
Enter the email address that was used in the creation of your User account.
Once you have entered your email address click the Continue button, this will send through a password reset link to your email.
After 5 failed password attempts, you must request an Enterprise Administrator to unlock and send a password reset email.
