How do I unlock my account?
Unlock your account after too many unsuccessful login attempts
Required System Role: Enterprise Admin
Consultation Manager has many security components, one of which is a mandatory lockout if someone attempts to log in using incorrect details too many times.
If any User attempts to log in using login credentials the system doesn't recognise 5 times, it will show a message saying 'This account has been locked. Please contact your system administrator to unlock your account'.
Any Enterprise Administrator can unlock a User's account if it's locked.
A locked User account will have a small red lock symbol at the top of the User's detail section.
An EA clicking this icon will unlock the User's account, allowing them to reset their password and attempt to log in again.
