How do I unlock my account?

Locked out of your account? Unlock your account after too many unsuccessful login attempts

Required System Role: Enterprise Administrator

Open Point has many security components, one of which is a mandatory lockout if someone attempts to log in using incorrect details too many times.

If any User attempts to log in using an incorrect password 5 times, it will show the below message.

Any Enterprise Administrator or Team Leader can unlock a User's account if it's locked. Follow the steps of How to unlock and reset a User's password.
