How do I unlock my account?
Locked out of your account? Unlock your account after too many unsuccessful login attempts
Required System Role: Enterprise Administrator or Team Leader
Consultation Manager has many security components, one of which is a mandatory lockout if someone attempts to log in using incorrect details too many times.
If any User attempts to log in using login credentials the system doesn't recognise 5 times, it will show a message saying 'This account has been locked. Please contact your system administrator to unlock your account'.
Any Enterprise Administrator or Team Leader can unlock a User's account if it's locked. Follow the steps of How to unlock and reset a User's password.
