Manage Projects (the Project Record profile)

To manage your Project, search for and open the Project Record. Here, you can manage several aspects of the Project.

Required System Role: Standard User

Required Team Role: Team Leader 

To manage your Project, search for and open the Project Record. Here, you can manage several aspects of the Project.


On the left-hand side (1), you can edit the name of your Project, Project Time Zone and the Project Groups as well as any other details you are tracking.

On the right-hand side, there are five tabs (2):

Project Teams

This tab is the default tab in the Project Record and shows all the Teams that have access to the Project. These can be expanded to see which Users are in each Team.


Relationships

On the Relationships tab, you can see a related dock for each Record type. These related docks display all Records which are related to the Project.


History

All changes that have been made to the Project record are displayed in this tab.


Classifications

In the Classifications tab, you can manage the framework for your Project.


Mapping

Here you can preselect certain aspects of your project mapping. 

There are several options available from the Map style

The initial Positioning and Zoom level can also be pre-selected.

From the Project Record, you can also retrieve the unique Project email address.
