      Managing Rich Text Fields

      Any Long Text field can be configured to accommodate Rich Text.

      Required Minimum System Role: Users cannot manage this setting. Contact your Customer Success Manager.

      Rich Text is a text format that supports basic styles, hyperlinks and even embedded images.

      Any Long Text field in CM can be configured to accommodate Rich Text. Please contact your CSM to enable Rich Text formatting in your system. This must be requested by a key contact or Enterprise Administrator for your system.

      Please consider these types of changes carefully.

      IMPORTANT NOTES

      Enabling Rich Text for a field makes the change applicable system-wide i.e. A field appears as Rich Text for all Projects and Users.

      Disabling Rich Text will strip any existing formatting applied via the Rich Text editor. This cannot be undone and the formatting will not be restored if Rich Text is later re-enabled.
