A Data Quality Audit entails a comprehensive examination of your current data (i.e., Records) within Consultation Manager. This audit assesses various metrics, offering insights into the quality of your entries and pinpointing areas for potential enhancement.
Your Customer Success Manager will identify which results:

Here is a brief overview of an audit. It is important to understand that a Data Quality Audit focuses solely on examining the quality of your data and does not encompass a review of your system framework or configuration. The cost of a Data Quality Audit is $540 (+GST).
Depending on your license, you may be entitled to an annual Data Quality Audit at no additional cost, or you might have the option to apply the audit fee towards services that address any data-related issues identified during the audit.
