A Data Quality Audit is a detailed review of your existing data (i.e. Records) in Consultation Manager. The audit provides results across a variety of metrics to give you an idea of the quality of your entries and identify opportunities for improvement.
Your Customer Success Manager will identify which results:
🎉 Require no action - you're doing well!
🏆 Are quick wins - these require some attention but are easy to resolve.

A Data Quality Audit is priced at $540 (+GST).
Depending on your licence, you may have an annual Data Quality Audit included, or you may be able to credit the value of the audit towards services addressing any identified issues with your data.
