How to send your Email Campaign

This guide walks you through scheduling or sending your Email Campaign.

Required System Role: Standard User

Required Team Role: Editor and Comms Manager 

Sending an Email Campaign Immediately

  1. Once you have finished building your Email Campaign and each detail section is displaying a green checkmark, your campaign is ready to send.
  2. To send your Email Campaign immediately, select 'Send Now'. Zight 2025-9-26 at 3.29.42 pm
  3. It will confirm the number of recipients, select 'Send'. Zight 2025-9-26 at 3.31.41 pm
  4. Depending on the size of your Campaign it may take a few moments to finish sending all emails.  Zight 2025-9-26 at 3.32.29 pm
  5. When you go back to Campaigns, select 'Stats' to view the campaign statistics. We've got a separate guide which can be viewed here that covers the different areas of the email campaign statistics page. Zight 2025-9-26 at 3.40.24 pm

 

Scheduling an Email Campaign

  1. To schedule your Email Campaign to be sent at a later date / time, select 'Schedule Send'. Zight 2025-9-26 at 3.43.12 pm
  2. You can then select both the desired sending date and time using the provided input selectors. Zight 2025-9-26 at 3.44.24 pm
  3. Select 'Schedule' to confirm your date / time selection and schedule your Campaign. Zight 2025-9-26 at 3.45.48 pm
  4. It will confirm the number of recipients, select 'Schedule'. Zight 2025-9-26 at 3.46.25 pm

You will need to select 'Unschedule' prior to making any additional changes to your Campaign after it has been scheduled.
