      How do I request and authenticate an SMS sender ID

       

      System Role: Enterprise Admin *

      *It is possible for anyone to follow the Sender ID link below to request, as it is not directly tied to CM and the link can be shared to non CM Users.

      Requesting SMS sender ID

      *Only Applicable to AUST customers

      Your Alphanumeric Sending ID must:
      - Be between 3 - 11 characters
      - Your Alphanumeric ID can include Upper/Lower case characters, Numeric characters & spaces
