Provides steps to request and authenticate an SMS sender ID
Required System Role: Enterprise Administrator*
*The registration link is external and can be completed by anyone, including non-Open Point Users.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your request to be approved and configured. If you have any questions in the meantime, contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support team.

⚠️ Important Update for Australian Customers
We are currently updating our SMS Sender ID registration form to reflect new regulatory guidelines. While our form is being updated, it may not yet capture all the information required under the latest legislation.
You can still submit the form as usual, however registrations may take longer than 14 business days while we transition. Our team will follow up with any additional information needed to complete your registration.
To register your Alphanumeric Sender ID, please complete the SMS Sender ID Registration form and provide the necessary documents.
Your Sender ID must meet the following requirements:

Between 3 and 11 characters long

Can include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and spaces
