We can generate a backup of your system or Project for you as a service to store outside of Consultation Manager.
Please note: When a project is archived, it is removed from your active projects list and its data is preserved for future reference.
The records that have their visibility set to private and are attached to an archived project become “orphaned” and will no longer be visible to any of your users.
However, global records will still be visible, but they won’t show a Project association unless they are also linked to a non-archived Project.
We can generate a backup of your system or Project for you to store outside of Consultation Manager.
Although any user of the system can download data from the system by running tabular reports, this is a manual process and does not include relational information (i.e. Details of the relationships that exist between records, such as Stakeholders and Events).
If your organisation needs to store this additional relational data outside of Consultation Manager, we can provide a complete backup of your system or Project.
A backup contains:
