The Project Tree
Provides the steps of how to edit your Project Tree, update Tags, and manage Headings to keep Projects organised.
Required System Role: Enterprise Administrator
The Project Tree is where you can view all the Projects available to you. As an Enterprise Administrator, you'll be able to see all Projects in the system, all other Users will be able to view Projects based on which Teams they are a part of.

- The layout of Headings and Tags are managed via Classifications. Select the settings cog in the top right corner.

 - Select 'Classifications', then 'Classification Management'.

 - Select 'Project Group'.

 - Here you can view your current Headings and Tags.

 - Clicking on a Heading or Tag will give you information about it, explaining which it is, and how many Projects are tagged to it.

- Classification Tags - Tags are the level which is directly linked to your Projects. Tags can sit under a Heading, but this is not essential, and Tags do not have children. These are what the Projects themselves sit under.
 - Classification Headings - Headings are used to group or structure your Tags. It is the title you would use to organise your Tags into manageable and meaningful groups. They may have multiple hierarchical tiers, but cannot be connected directly to Projects.

You can have a hierarchy of up to 4 Headings in the Project Tree structure
Projects are the final tier of the Project Tree, you can't add Headings or Tags from a Project.

- Select '+ Add Classification'.

 - Add Classification Name, set whether it will be a Heading or a Tag, and select 'Add Classification'.

 - Next, search for and open your Project (or create one). Then select 'Project Group'.

 - Use the tick box to select where you'd like the Project to sit, then select 'Apply' and 'Save'. (If you select multiple, it will appear multiple times in the Project Tree).

 - Refresh your page to view the updated Project Tree.

If a Project isn't tagged to a Project Group, it will appear on its own under 'All Projects'.
