Tools Configuration

Configure settings for Notifications, Email and SMS Communications, Inbound Email and Mapping.

System Role: Enterprise Admin

Accessing the management area 

Access is via the cog at the top right of CM. Once in the management area, make a selection under the Tools Configurations heading.

Save your changes

Whenever you make a change to your settings, a Save button will appear at the top right of the relevant section. Be sure to click Save to apply your changes.

Notifications

Action Notifications

  1. Toggle whether Action Notifications are on or off for your Users.
  2. Select from the pre-configured Action notification times in the drop-down.

Communications

Email Settings

  1. Email Merge tag defaults allow you to set the default First Name and Last Name to be used in email communications if your stakeholder record does not contain data in the First or Last name fields.
  2. Access System Unsubscribes from here. System Unsubscribes can also be directly access via the Communications Tab. Please refer to the System Unsubscribes help article for further information.
  3. Upload a logo for the Unsubscribe List. This logo will be displayed on the recipients unsubscribe page. If you do not enter a logo, the unsubscribe page will not be branded.
  4. Enter a domain that you want to authenticate for use with email communications. For more information about Authenticating your domain please refer to this help article.

SMS Settings

To Authenticate your Sender ID for sending communications to your recipients, please fill in the following form with any necessary details and provide documentation if required: Request an SMS sender ID

Any sender ID that you have authenticated will be displayed in this section.

Inbound Email

Attached File Blacklist

Enter a filename to block any attachments from creating document records from inbound emails. 

Ensure you click 'save' if you make any changes.

Mapping

Map Settings

Enter the Mapbox API credentials from your Mapbox account and click save to use your Mapbox layers and maps in Consultation Manager.
