Whitelisting - Technical Information (North America)

If you are experiencing issues logging in or rendering the user interface, your IT team may need to verify that our site is allowed through their firewall.

Most of our clients can begin using Consultation Manager right away. There are some circumstances, depending on the technical set-up of your IT systems, which will need your IT team to whitelist (or mark as safe) some CM elements.

Both [yourdomain].api.consultationmanager.com and [yourdomain].consultationmanager.com need to be allowed through your firewall for successful login.

NOTE: Be sure to update [yourdomain] with your unique system prefix.

Document downloads

If you are experiencing difficulties downloading attachments or reports from your system, you may need to whitelist CM's document storage: https://cmprodcacentral.file.core.windows.net/

Image uploads

If you are experiencing issues when attempting to upload images to email campaigns, this is where images/assets are stored for CM and it will be required to be whitelisted on your network.
