How to organise and create Project Groups
System Role: Enterprise Admin
To help organise and keep your projects in order, it is possible to create Project Groups. A Project Group acts as a heading only.
In the above instance, the heading is 'Community Parks' and the projects fall under that particular heading.
Creating your New Project Group
To create a Project Group, you must be an Enterprise Admin. Click the cog wheel at the top right and enter the Management Area.
Scroll down on the left to Classifications
Then Click 'Project Group'.
Click 'New' to create your new Project Group
Enter the details of your new Project Group and a Description if required, and be sure to click 'Save'.
Allocating Projects to a Project Group
To allocate a Project to your New Project Group, open the project in your workspace, then look in the details pane on the left and find 'Group'.
Open the tag and select your new project group and click 'Apply'.
Click 'Save' at the right, to ensure your updates have been saved.
Your Project will now fall under your new Project Group.
