Want to customise your CM system? Add a custom logo to your navigation bar.
Required System Role: Enterprise Admin
Your Consultation Manager account can be customised to include a custom Logo or Favicon specific to your company or department.
This level of customisation is restricted to account Enterprise Administrators only as these will apply system-wide for your account.
For the system Logo and Favicons to display they will need to be uploaded in either URL format or alternatively a *.png file type less than 200kb.
Once you have your URL or file ready, this can be added by following the below
steps:
Select the "Settings" button (1) at the top right of your screen.
Select "Enterprise" (2).
If your Logo/Favicon is hosted online select ‘Enter URL’ (3) and paste the URL into the presented field. If using a *.png. file, select ‘Upload File’ (4) you will be presented with the option to upload a file from your device. Once you have loaded your Logo or Favicon select Save’(5) to finalise the change.
Please note: Most clients opt to update just their Logo. Retaining the original CM Favicon can keep it User-friendly and prevent confusion when navigating between websites.
