Who are Enterprise Administrators?
How to find your Enterprise Administrators (EAs) in Consultation Manager and what they can do
Required System Role: Standard User
Required Team Role: Viewer
Enterprise Administrators, also known as EA's, manage all system records (like Projects, Teams and Users) and have visibility over all data in the system. This role is usually limited to a select few people in each organisation to help maintain security and oversight.
Common EA Requests
- Unlocking your account
- Creating a User
- Editing User Permissions
- Removing a User
- Assigning or updating Teams
- Creation and management of Projects
- Creation and management of Classifications
How do I find my Enterprise Administrators?
- In the Search area, select Users
- Choose 'System Role'
- Tick 'Enterprise Administrator', then 'Apply' and 'Search'
- This list will bring up the names and email addresses of these Users for you
